Hi everyone!

This is group 4, we have Aqila as the leader, Rafi as the vice leader and other members are Kay and Alif. For this PBL Project, our group did Vodcast and Aqila as the leader of the group divided the task to all members.

We decided to make a vodcast , it is about daily life activity.

Aqila as the leader of our group decided on our roles and tasks for each member. Aqila also helped write the scripts and made background music using bandlab. Rafi also helped write the script and gave lots of ideas so the script wouldn’t be too boring. Alif as the one who recorded us during the conversation on zoom and he also helped add more information to the script and Kay did editing. 

First we read the guidelines and then create a group chat to discuss what project we will choose. After we choose the project we want, we start to fill in the planning on google docs and after filling in the planning we start asking the teacher for approval. After we got the approval we start making the script while searching more on google about our topic to get new information. And when we finished creating the script we discussed in the group chat about what time when we can record, and after that we recorded at the zoom meeting and kay started editing the video.

This is our 2nd time working on a PBL project in this semester and the difference with the first project is that in the first project we only have 5 project options such as vodcast, short film, infographic, short story and educational vlog and in this second project there are additional projects such as new anchoring and stop motion animation. This second PBL has a different theme from the first PBL, in this second PBL we have the themes of analysis, comparison and hobbies that make us feel more challenged to think about our PBL topics and write long scripts for our vodcast conversations. What we learn from this PBL is how to manage time, how to have good communication with each other and be responsible with the tasks you get.

Our recommendation for the next group that wants to do this project is to be active (don’t just be silent and do nothing) and be helpful (help like the script or the planning). Because if you want to make a vodcast, you need to talk and you need to finish the script.
