Mutiara Harapan Islamic School marked another milestone through the annual celebration of Language Fair. This year Language Fair was conducted with the theme “Bridging the Gap between Culture and Race”.

This time Grade 5 students explored their ability in composing Informative Text. The projects were collaboration between English and Bahasa Indonesia subjects which enabled students to integrate both languages in their products. Each class had showcased their projects with various outputs such as video animations, news reports, vlog, documentary, and vlog.

This project allowed learners to create an informative text to enhance their awareness of natural resources in Indonesia. They completed some stages which included research, compilation, discussion, and composing. Through this activity, students could improve their comprehension of the text genre.
