“Conversation about Family” Mandarin Grup grade 7

Dialogues :

Hi everyone!

This is group mandarin grade 7, we have Malik as the leader, Kanyaka as the vice leader and other members are Kaka, Nayaka and Saka. For this PBL Project, our group did a conversation about family in mandarin and Malik as the leader of the group divided the task to all members.

We decided to make a conversation, it is about the students chatting about their own families and ends with them going to the mosque for BTQ.

Malik as the leader of our group decided on our roles and tasks for each member. Malik made most of the dialogues for the conversation and had more parts in the dialogues. Kanyaka helped Malik to create and finish the dialogues. Kaka who took photos to be used as documentation. Nayaka and Saka helped come up with ideas for the project.

First we read the guidelines then we divide the task, Malik and Kanyaka do the dialogues part, Kaka took photos for documentation, Saka and Nayaka looking for the ideas. We started to think about the concept of the conversation, search for the mandarin part, we changed the dialogues several times before we got the right one. And we started to memorized the conversation. When do the project we have a struggle for memorized the dialogues and the conversation, we need to practice hard for memorized it.

This is our second project while in 7th grade and this project is different from the first project. In the first project we learn to preserve the environment. In this project we learn how to speak mandarin properly.  In the project we experienced and faced some challenges like decide the idea for the conversation, memorized the mandarin dialogues, practice the conversation everyday, had a meeting at Gmeet for practice and documentation but sometimes there are internet issues. But luckily we were able to face it all and finish our project on time by finding solutions, setting time to practice and learning to listen and communicate with each other.
